Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Manual scanning with 3 AI analyses per month, all detection types, severity scores, and fix recommendations. No credit card, no account creation.
What does "post-update auto-scan" mean?
When you update a plugin, theme, or WordPress core, SmartFix automatically runs a conflict scan within 60 seconds. If something broke, you'll know immediately — not after a customer reports it.
What is Conflict Intelligence?
SmartFix aggregates anonymized conflict data across thousands of scans to build a known-conflict database. When your plugins match a known bad combination, you get warned with confidence scores and workarounds.
What does the Auto-Fix Engine do?
It applies runtime compatibility shims to resolve common conflicts — like dequeuing duplicate scripts or adjusting hook priorities. Fixes never edit plugin files, are always one-click reversible, and auto-expire when plugins update.
What AI model does SmartFix use?
The managed AI runs on Nvidia Nemotron Nano on our self-hosted vLLM cluster — not OpenAI or Anthropic. This keeps AI costs predictable and analysis fast. If you'd rather use your own account with OpenAI, Anthropic, or a compatible provider, switch to a BYOK plan.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key lets you use your existing OpenAI or Anthropic API key (or any compatible provider) for AI analysis instead of our managed Nemotron Nano model. You still pay SmartFix for the platform at a reduced rate. AI inference costs go to your provider.
What data do you collect?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately. Yearly plans run until the end of the billing period. Your site reverts to the Free plan with no data loss.
